About the Brand:

JieDa designer Fujita Hiroyuki was born in 1979 in Shimane Prefecture. He used to work at a famous speciality boutique for 10 years. After leaving his job, he started studying tailoring while helping out at a big-name brand. He became independent in 2007 in Shimane and launched JieDa. At the same time, he opened his own speciality boutique, KIKUNOBU, which has expanded with stores currently in Shimane, Osaka, and Tokyo. He moved to Tokyo in 2015. In April 2016, his brand was chosen as one of the “6 Upcoming Brands to Check Out This Month” on the Highsnobiety website. They were also chosen as one of the rare selections at LIBERTY FAIRS New York. They can be seen on various websites such as HYPEBEAST. In 2017, they started an exhibition in Paris. They won the TOKYO FASHION AWARD in 2018.
